Food for Better Behavior & Healthy Kids

We've put together a quick video demonstrating 8 key tips to think about when feeding your kids.  Parents are usually so busy that we don't think about what we fuel our children with, but sugar and processed foods are not the best for their bodies, and not the best for their behavior!  Find out how to make some simple changes to get started feeding our children better and sneaking in those beautiful fruits and veggies.  Make it a habit, and I'll just bet you'll see some differences in their behavior!  (It also helps when you don't let them get away with murder, but that's another blog...)
